Investing exclusively in lower-middle market technology, software and tech-enabled business service companies, Bloom drives enduring market value by partnering closely with founders and management teams, injecting capital to unlock growth and providing operational resources and expertise to enable meaningful step-change to the business.JOB SUMMARY: Own and scale a high-performing partner ecosystem (resellers, MSP/MSSP, advisory/consulting, GSIs, technology alliances) that expands market reach for our governance, risk & compliance (GRC) solution-sourced and partner-influenced revenue across the UK, Europe and the US.ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:Strategy & ProgramDefine the Global partner strategy, coverage model, and tiered program (benefits, margins, deal reg, MDF, certifications)Prioritize partner activities on a global basis, including target partner lists and expected revenue ramp over timeBuild joint value propositions for governance services (e.g., ISO 27001, NIS2 readiness/Penetration Testing, GDPR/DPA 2018, Cyber Essentials, risk & policy management)Recruitment & OnboardingTarget, sign, and enable priority partners (MSP/MSSP, audit/assurance, boutique GRC consultancies, vertical specialists, cloud/security vendors)Establish enablement paths (sales playbooks, use-case messaging, demo scripts, delivery runbooks)GTM & Co-SellingRun deal registration, pipeline reviews, and co-selling with field teams; orchestrate co-marketing/MDF campaigns and eventsAlign with Marketing on campaigns; with Product on roadmap/packaging; with Services on partner delivery standardsGovernance & ComplianceSet partner delivery and data-handling standards aligned to our GRC posture; manage partner agreements, pricing, and auditsEnsure adherence to UK Bribery Act, competition law, and other relevant global privacy/security requirementsOperations & ForecastingOwn channel forecast, partner scorecards, QBRs, and executive business reviews; track MDF ROI and partner healthQUALIFICATIONS:8–12+ years alliances/channel leadership in GRC, cyber, security services, or enterprise SaaSTrack record building tiered channel programs and delivering multimillion-pound partner revenueRelationships across the globe with MSP/MSSP, audit/assurance, boutique consultancies, and relevant tech ecosystemsFamiliarity with ISO 27001, GDPR/DPA 2018, NIST/ISO control frameworks, Cyber Essentials; public-sector frameworks knowledge a plus (e.g., G-Cloud)Commercial acumen (deal structures, margins, partner P&L), strong contract and negotiation skillsKNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:Builder mindset: designs programs, then executesExecutive presence & influence: credible with C-suite at partners and customersOperational rigor: forecast accuracy, pipeline hygiene, QBR cadenceCross-functional leadership: sales, marketing, services, product, legal, infosecOutcome-driven: ties activities to measurable revenue and compliance outcomesThis is a remote role.Powered by JazzHR5yaqAPVmN5
