We are now seeking to recruit a Head of Group Business Control to join Foxway Group. The leading European provider of circular tech with focus on improving sustainability of IT devices by increasing circulatory across the value chain and is well positioned to benefit from secular tailwinds.Foxway Group became a part of Nordic Capital in 2023 and is embarking on a growth journey to become one of the largest circular tech companies in the world. As Head of Group Business Control, you will hold a critical role in our organization's strategic direction. You will be on a continuous mission to strengthen our financial analysis and planning function with the right processes, systems and nurture a business-oriented culture and skillset. The position reports directly to CFO and is based in Solna, Stockholm.Take this exiting opportunity to join a rapidly growing Foxway Group and play a pivotal role in shaping its future.Your challengeResponsible to lead and develop management reporting process (including business and sales KPIs) with focus on run rate, forward-looking metrics and financial/business analysisLead and drive projects to establish new way-of-workings within management reporting, planning process and business intelligence toolsResponsible to drive and develop the planning processes, i.e., business planning, budgeting, rolling forecasts and monthly estimatesLead and drive business reviews meetings from group level including budget, forecast and other decision forums and proactively draw conclusions and proposed actions based on data/factsPrepare material and translate data and ideas into Board appropriate informationInvolvement in M&A activities in relevant DD-workstreams (including onboarding of acquisitions to business control process) and tracking and follow-up acquisitions vs value creation plansYour backgroundMSc or BSc with minimum five years of relevant work experience in FP&A and business controlling, preferable in an organization demonstrating rapid growth with M&A as a key driver. Previous experience from PE ownership and/or listed company is a merit.Management consulting background (including transaction services) and been part of rapidly growing companies for years (including M&A) is a meritStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with a knack for synthesizing large amounts of information, summarizing issues, and thinking creatively.Ability to articulate and translate data and ideas into audience-appropriate communicationLead-by-example approach with a natural way engage colleagues and drive projectsHigh knowledge and capabilities in various different systems, such as group consolidation system (Aaro), BI-tools (Power BI), Excel and PowerPointFluent in Swedish and English, spoken and written.We believe the ideal candidates will have a genuine overall interest in business and a desire to contribute on an ambitious PE-journey, are energetic, motivated and thrive as part of a team.
