This is a dynamic environment which offers finance professionals a real chance to contribute meaningfully and drive tangible impact.The roleThis is a pivotal leadership opportunity to lead the Group’s FP&A function, driving the evolution of reporting, enhancing analytical capabilities, and supporting the integration of the business within a larger global group. In this role, you will partner the C-suite and have a direct impact on decision-making, playing a central role in shaping the organisation’s financial performance and planning processes.About youYou will be a commercially minded, technically strong finance leader with a proven background in FP&A within fast-paced, inventory-driven or multi-channel environments. You will bring a blend of strategic thinking, operational awareness and analytical capability. We are looking for someone who is comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders, adept at challenging assumptions, able to improve processes and lead a high-performing team. Above all, you will be energised by the opportunity to elevate insights, streamline reporting and influence decision-making across a complex and evolving business.As Head of FP&A your role will include, but not be limited to:Leading the Group FP&A function and ensuring alignment with wider group reporting requirementsOwning the annual budgeting and forecasting cycles, coordinating financial submissions across multiple regionsDeveloping sophisticated financial models for long-range planning, scenario analysis and capital investment appraisalEmbedding processes to support dual-reporting requirements, ensuring consistency between internal results and group standardsProviding high-quality analysis on trading performance, margin, stock, channel profitability and operational efficiencyActing as system owner for planning and reporting tools, driving continuous improvement and data integrityEnhancing KPI governance and performance measurement across the businessStreamlining reporting processes and ensuring timely, accurate consolidated outputs for senior leadershipSupporting strategic projects, including due diligence, business case development and transformational initiativesLeading, coaching and developing a high performing FP&A teamShaping the roadmap for future analytical capabilityWhat the client has to offer£70,000 - £80,000 base salary (DOE)25 days’ holiday plus bank holidaysCompany sick pay entitlementHoliday purchase schemeBirthday leavePension scheme with employer contributionsLife assurance (3× salary)Seasonal recognition paymentDiscretionary colleague bonus schemeCycle to Work schemeIf you are interested in discussing this role, please reach out to Dan Morris at Citadel Source.
