We are looking for an experienced high-potential Head of Group FP&A to help us further improve in particular our forecasting and budgeting processes and the way we do performance management. You will work closely with our Group CFO, the Finance Leadership Team and the Finance Business Partner community to guide the business on where its heading and how to create more value (faster).Why work at DANX Carousel? We are a flat, agile and fast paced organisation with plenty of opportunity to take ownership and make an impact.As our Head of Group FP&A you own our groupwide performance management framework (what we measure on, how we report on it, how we track action taking and progress etc.), our business case framework as well as our forecasting processes from weekly rest of month forecasting to annual 3-year financial plan guided by our strategy.You work closely with BI to make the right date available to the right people at the right time in a consistent way across the group. In addition, you are the sparring partner for the Group CFO and help shape the overall agenda and take charge on select group-wide initiatives.You report to the Group CFO and are part of the Finance Leadership Team (alongside Head of Group Strategy, M&A & BI and our Regional Finance Directors and our Group Finance Director). You don’t have any direct reports but have to work through others, e.g. the regional finance business partners.Our cultureWe believe that our One Team Culture, supported by our values of Ownership, Learning and Caring enables us to fulfil our ambition to become the clear market leader for time critical service logistics in Europe.In line with our values, we expect you to take ownership and responsibility, be curious and have a willingness to learn new things.What will I be doing?You will be responsible forGroup wide performance management frameworkBusiness case framework (CAPEX and long operational leases)Forecasting group wide (top down)Budget group wide (orchestrating the process)3–5-year financial plan (working closely with Strategy)It will be an integral part of the work with these processes to further standardize and automate them.About YouYou have a MSc in Economics, Finance or similar from a reputable university or business school with top grades.You have min. 3 years of experience working within Financial Planning & Analysis and have deep knowledge of forecasting, budgeting and investment appraisal/valuation either as a Finance Business Partner or management consultant -perhaps even within transportation & logistics or within another “many transactions, low margin” industry.You must be result-oriented and have a passion for working with data-driven decision making. You are a relationship builder and true team player with high positive energy and strong communication skills. You excel at influencing without authority. You are fluent in English, as it is our corporate language - if you speak Danish,. Swedish and/or German it’s a big plus.A flexible hybrid working modelYou will be located in our office in our HQ in Ishøj, Denmark and will be expected to be in office most day but with high degree of flexibility. Some travel is to be expected timing will very much be within your control.
