Our purpose is to support businesses with compliant and efficient solutions ranging from applicant tracking, supply chain management and screening, through to time management, billing and payroll, and a range of employment options, all on a global basis.To understand more about Giant Group and our services please browse our website at: www.giantgroup.comAbout the roleAs the Head of Group Marketing Operations, you will have an impact on leading the delivery, coordination and performance of marketing activities across multiple Giant Group business units together with overseeing and managing an offshore Marketing Service Centre. You will work closely with the Group CEO on overall execution priorities and liaise directly with SLT members for business unit specific initiatives. This is an operational leadership role focused on execution, systems management, data-driven insights and measurable outcomes. Strategic direction is set by the Group CEO and SLT – whilst you will focus in making it happen brilliantly. The desired outcome of this will be to shape and deliver a high-performing, scalable and data-driven marketing function that support Giant Group’s growth ambitions in the UK and internationally.Key responsibilities of the role include:Act as the central coordination point for all marketing activity - empowered to set priorities, manage workloads, and ensure alignment of deliverables across all business units.Own the day-to-day delivery of marketing activity across Giant Group business units, ensuring consistent execution and performance tracking.Set and report on measurable KPIs for campaign effectiveness, lead generation, conversion, and ROI – creating visibility of what’s working and what’s not.Manage and optimise the group’s marketing systems and workflows, including HubSpot, automation, analytics, and campaign management.Own continuous improvement of marketing data flows between systems (HubSpot, CRM, websites, and reporting dashboards).Oversee the offshore Marketing Service Centre, ensuring consistent delivery standards, data accuracy, and productivity, with clear performance metrics and process consistency across brands.Set clear KPIs, development plans, and progression paths for the Marketing Service Centre team, ensuring consistent productivity and skill growth.Ensure alignment across business units, collaborating with different leaders to coordinate marketing plans and maximise commercial impact.Oversee the creation and delivery of all marketing assets, including brochures, pitch decks, landing pages, event materials, press releases, and social media content - ensuring quality, timeliness, and brand alignment across different business units.Coordinate all Go-to-Market strategies for new product and service launches, ensuring unified messaging, timing, and resource allocation across brands.Maintain governance for brand tone, templates, and messaging consistency across all materials, ensuring compliance with brand and communication standards.Lead reporting and insight generation - providing monthly KPI dashboards and market intelligence updates to the Group CEO and SLT, including analysis of trends, campaign ROI, and audience behaviour.Support content development, ensuring timely publication of blogs, case studies, and campaigns aligned with strategic direction from SLT.Embed consistent storytelling across all materials and campaigns - ensuring each asset communicates Giant’s people-centred, compliant, and growth-focused identity in a clear and human way.Champion process improvement across all marketing operations, driving automation, quality control, and operational scalability.Your ideal experience & competencies Ideally you would have a 5+ years’ experience in a marketing operations or delivery leadership role, ideally within a B2B or services organisation.You can only excel in this role with:Proven ability to manage marketing systems (HubSpot preferred) and lead distributed teams across multiple business lines.Demonstrated success in data-driven performance management, KPI setting, and ROI reporting.Strong understanding of campaign automation, CRM data flows, lead scoring, and analytics.Excellent organisational skills, able to manage competing priorities and tight delivery timelines.Strong written communication and presentation skills with attention to detail including the ability to translate complex information into engaging narratives that strengthen brand credibility across all channels.Experience managing offshore teams or service centres and ensuring accountability across time zones is a strong advantage.Personal attributes desired:Collaborative, hands-on, and delivery focused.Commercially aware and results-oriented, with a structured and data-driven mindset.Calm under pressure, solution-oriented, and committed to high-quality execution.Able to work cross-functionally and influence teams outside direct reporting lines.Values alignment, transparency, and measurable progress as the foundation for career growth and leadership impact.Application DeadlineAll applications must be submitted by Wednesday 26 November 2025.Employee Benefits31 Days Holiday: Enjoy generous time off, inclusive of bank holidays.Pension Scheme: Secure your financial future with our pension plan.
