Today, Pilot provides treatment and support across sexual health, mental health, sleep, weight management, and preventative care — all through an easy, judgment-free online platform.Our mission: to make it normal for men to talk about their health and take action early.We’ve delivered over 500,000 consultations, built strong trust across the country, and we’re just getting started.About The Role (What You’ll Be Doing)You’ll lead Pilot’s growth in Australia — steering the next phase of brand and business expansion.You’ll partner with leaders across Euc to build and execute growth strategies that are insight-led, creatively brave, and grounded in data — across every patient touchpoint, from performance media to our website and in-app experience.This is a rare opportunity to scale Australia’s leading men’s health brand — a business with traction, trust, and cultural relevance. Your job is to take it to the next level: build the growth engine, lead a high-performing team, and make Pilot the most trusted name in men’s health.You’llOwn Pilot’s growth strategy end-to-end, driving acquisition, retention, and lifetime value across performance and brand channelsLead and mentor a cross-functional growth team spanning paid media, CRM, analytics, and creative, fostering a culture of ownership, experimentation, and impactPlan and manage growth investment, ensuring efficient, scalable performance and strong ROIOptimise performance across key channels (Meta, Google, YouTube, TV, OOH, referrals, and partnerships)Champion experimentation and analytics, using data to inform channel mix, creative decisions, and customer journeysCollaborate cross-functionally with Product, Data, and Brand teams to align growth priorities with customer insights and long-term brand equityAbout You (Who You Are)6–10+ years’ experience in growth or acquisition roles for consumer brands (ideally DTC or tech)Proven ability to manage and scale large media budgets across multiple channelsSkilled at partnering with creative teams to develop campaigns that cut through and convertExcellent copy instincts and an understanding of what motivates actionStrong analytical skills, comfortable navigating attribution and incrementality frameworksExcited by the challenge of scaling a household-name brand in a fast-moving categoryBonus Points If You HaveHands-on CRM or CRO experienceExperience leading growth in a startup or regulated industry (health, fintech, etc.)A passion for men’s health, behaviour change, or de-stigmatizing healthcareWhy you should join EucOur teams are incredibly passionate - Our talent bar is high and our work ethic is strong.
