We’re looking for a hybrid Head of Growth and Marketing Strategy in the SaaS technology industry.Our client is a rapidly scaling B2B SaaS company serving over 700 customers across North America. They are on an exciting trajectory tripling ARR from $5M to $15M and are driven by a mission to empower contractors with the tools, technology, and community needed to thrive. This is an opportunity to join a fast-moving, entrepreneurial organization that values innovation, collaboration, and measurable impact.The Head of Growth and Marketing Strategy will be responsible for designing, leading, and executing the company’s marketing roadmap to drive scalable, predictable revenue growth. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution—ideal for a data-driven marketing leader passionate about measurable results and category creation.Head of Growth and Marketing Strategy responsibilities:• Define and execute the marketing roadmap aligned with aggressive growth objectives • Own messaging, positioning, campaigns, and lead generation strategy across all channels • Build and optimize high-converting acquisition funnels spanning paid, organic, and outbound programs • Track and analyze performance metrics such as MQLs, SQLs, demos booked, CAC, ROAS, and marketing-sourced pipeline • Collaborate closely with Sales and Product teams to ensure full alignment on campaign goals and revenue outcomes • Support branding, storytelling, community-building, and event initiatives that strengthen market presence • Manage and allocate the marketing budget to ensure efficient and profitable growth • Lead a small, agile marketing team with future expansion opportunitiesThe successful candidate has:• 5–10 years of experience in marketing or growth roles within B2B SaaS environments, ideally scaling from $5M–$15M ARR • Proven success in designing and executing acquisition funnels that drive measurable pipeline growth • Deep understanding of paid acquisition (Meta, Google, LinkedIn), SEO, and outbound automation strategies • Advanced data literacy and the ability to make data-informed decisions to optimize performance • Strong B2B copywriting and messaging capabilities • Experience using CRM, marketing automation, and analytics tools such as Zoho and GA4 • Exceptional collaboration skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with executive, sales, and product teamsNice-to-haves: • Bilingual in French and English (Québec-based candidates preferred) • Experience in field service, construction, or related industries • Familiarity with community-led or educational marketing programsCompensation and benefits: • The discussed salary range is $100,000 – $130,000, depending on experience • Candidates with additional experience and higher compensation expectations may also be considered (total compensation potential up to $150,000–$170,000 with performance bonus) • Comprehensive medical benefits package • 3 weeks of vacation per year • Flexible hybrid working arrangement (Québec preferred; approximately 3 days per week onsite) • Opportunity for career growth and leadership in a fast-scaling SaaS environmentCandidates must be eligible to work in Canada.
