What you'll be doing, but are not limited to:1. Develop and own the growth marketing strategy with clear KPIs. Uses insight KPI's and brand metrics to monitor and report on brand performance2. Run experiments across marketing channels (Ads/paid, organic, partnerships).3. Drive high-quality B2B leads and improve conversion rates across the funnel.4. Collaborate with content and performance teams to generate engaging campaigns.5. Ownership of marketing budget with the responsibility to prove ROI on all spend6. Implement and manage marketing automation tools.7. Monitor market trends and competitor activity.To thrive in this role, you must have:1. 3–5 years experience in digital/growth marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS or HRIS with leading skill2. Proven track record of achieving aggressive growth targets.3. Strong understanding of B2B funnels and user personas (HR, managers, etc).4. Familiar with SEO/SEM, social ads, retargeting, and email marketing.5. Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, HubSpot, or similar.6. Analytical and data-driven mindset with strong Excel/Sheets skill or other analytical Tools.7. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, experimental environment.
