Here, you will find the perfect environment to thrive, excel, and contribute to reshaping the financial landscape.Location: Bulgaria/Romania/Remote.Responsibilities:Lead all digital marketing operations across acquisition, automation, SEO, and conversion optimization.Build and refine full-funnel frameworks that drive measurable client acquisition and retention.Oversee paid media, influencer, and affiliate activities, ensuring cost-effective and compliant growth.Coordinate with Product, Data, and CRM teams to ensure funnel integrity and attribution accuracy.Identify, test, and deploy new marketing technologies, AI tools, and automation systems that enhance ROI.Define clear performance metrics, analyze campaign results, and continuously improve outcomes.Strengthen team capability and accountability by mentoring leads across functional areas.Report directly to the CMO, contributing to strategic planning and long-term growth direction.Requirements:7+ years in marketing, with proven experience leading growth or performance teams.Strong knowledge of paid acquisition (Google, Meta, programmatic), SEO, and funnel optimization.Hands-on experience with marketing automation, CRM integration, and analytics platforms.Data-driven decision-maker with deep understanding of attribution and CRO principles.Familiarity with AI-driven tools, personalization systems, and modern martech stacks.Excellent leadership, prioritization, and execution skills.Experience in fintech, trading, payments, or a similarly regulated sector preferred.Experience in ecommerce or gaming / gambling also considered a plus.Fluent English required; additional languages (German, Spanish, Arabic) are a plus.Benefits:Global Career Evolution: Ready to grow fast and achieve your dreams?
