She earned her MBA at Harvard and was a Fulbright Scholar in China.Dr. Alesandro Larrazabal (CMO) trained at UCSF and Stanford, led specialty care at Kaiser Permanente, and worked at IDEO. A native of Guatemala, he is triple-board certified across multiple pediatric specialties and ensures all our care is offered in English and Spanish.ResponsibilitiesReporting to the CEO/COO, you will:Obsess about growth strategy: Partnering with our co-founders, identify and quantify top growth opportunities for Clarity and catalyze the teams and initiatives to deliver results. Build sales analytics & operations: Work with our VP Commercial and Sales Director to unlock the full potential of our GTM strategy with precise, analytical targeting and tactics. Build the business operations function & team: Establish processes and best practices and attract top talent to report to you as the function grows. AI-forward leadership: Champion the integration of AI into our daily work. Leverage best-in-class AI tools to accelerate product discovery, enhance team efficiency. Data-driven decision making: Define and track metrics, design experiments, and use both quantitative data and qualitative insights to prioritize effectively. Proven ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional partners: Lead people and processes across complexity and ambiguity to achieve great teamwork. Positively influence and enhance our culture: Represent the CEO and help the whole company feel purpose, connection, and success.
