Job Description

Startup Tadam — a mobile platform for discovering and creating events — is looking for a Head of Growth to bring structure to our financial processes and ensure stability during an active growth phase.We’re building a product for local communities: through our app, users can find and create events — from cozy home workshops to local festivals.Right now, the project is entering its second growth stage: our MVP is launched, we have our first users, audience feedback, and investor support. The company has been operating since 2022, growing in Russia, and preparing for international expansion.What You’ll DoDevelop and implement the company’s growth strategy — covering marketing, sales, and customer retention.Analyze the market, identify scaling opportunities, test hypotheses, and implement effective solutions.Build an efficient marketing system: acquisition channels, performance, content, partnerships, and PR.Drive revenue, optimize conversion rates, and manage sales funnels.Lead the marketing and sales teams, establish clear processes, and define performance metrics.Track results, analyze data, adjust strategies, and share insights with the CEO and CTO.What We’re Looking For3+ years of experience as Head of Marketing, CMO, or Commercial Director in IT, digital, or startup environments.Strategic and structured mindset with the ability to build processes and lead change.Strong analytical skills with confidence in numbers: metrics, unit economics, ROI.Hands-on experience with digital tools: performance marketing, content strategy, CRM, automation, partnerships.Leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate teams.We OfferA meaningful product that makes a real impact — you’ll see events in your city and think: “This happened thanks to our app.”A team where every voice matters, and ideas are implemented fast — no bureaucracy.The opportunity to apply your knowledge of digital trends, social media, and event culture.A vibrant, evolving product that you can shape from the ground up.Work Format🕒 Full-time, remote work, Moscow time zone (GMT+3).🛑 Saturdays and Sundays off.📄 Contract: self-employment or sole proprietorship in Russia (we cover taxes).🏖 Paid additional days off.💵 Compensation discussed individually.
