ResponsibilitiesGrowth Strategy & ExecutionDevelop and implement a holistic growth strategy with a strong focus on direct-to-consumer to drive demand, boost conversions, and fuel our expansion into new markets. Sales & Pipeline ManagementBuild and manage a high-performing direct sales funnel. Perform & oversee consultation calls, optimize lead conversion, and establish scalable sales processes to deliver on ambitious growth targets. Digital Sales ChannelsExecute marketing campaigns and rapid experiments through all the channels one can think of, learn what sticks and optimise it to the maximum. International ExpansionOversee market entry strategies and growth initiatives as Aeon expands across Switzerland and into additional European markets.

Product-Led GrowthCollaborate with product teams to optimize conversion funnels, refine customer onboarding, and increase overall engagement. Leverage data and customer insights to inform product improvements. Requirements5+ Years of ExperienceProven track record in growth, marketing, or business development leadership roles—ideally in health tech, insure tech, or consumer-focused startups.
