Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for the Head of HR - Manufacturing based in Jakarta Metropolitan Area. The Head of HR will lead HR strategy and operations to align with business goals, including developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws. Key responsibilities include overseeing HR management functions, mentoring HR teams, driving workforce planning, and fostering a positive and equitable workplace culture in compliance with industry standards and regulations. Qualifications Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) practices and strategiesExperience in HR Management, including oversight of HR teams and operationsStrong knowledge of Labor and Employment Law to ensure complianceExpertise in developing and implementing HR Policies and strategiesStrong skills in Employee Relations and creating a positive workplace environmentExcellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skillsAbility to develop effective workforce strategies in a manufacturing environmentBachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related fieldPrevious experience in a leadership role within the manufacturing sector is highly valued
