With a rapidly expanding network of branches across Indonesia, they’re reimagining the experience by combining excellence, customer-first service, and operational efficiency.As they continue to scale rapidly in the retail and consumer space, they’re looking for a Head of HR who can shape the future of their people and culture. This senior leadership role will drive initiatives across HR strategy, talent management, and organizational development, while keeping a strong pulse on employee experience and operations.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as a strategic HR Business Partner to the leadership team, ensuring people strategies accelerate business growth and operational excellence.Lead end-to-end talent acquisition and employer branding, securing high-caliber talent across functions, including mission-critical and leadership roles.Design and implement scalable people programs across organizational development, leadership capability, career pathways, and performance management.Oversee HR operations and employee relations, ensuring strong governance, compliance, and a seamless employee experience.Drive culture, engagement, and change initiatives that strengthen team cohesion, enable high performance, and support rapid expansion.Requirements8+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, ideally within fast-paced, high-growth, or multi-site environments.Strong expertise in talent acquisition, OD, and strategic HR, with a track record of building scalable people systems.Deep understanding of HR operations and employee relations, paired with the ability to think strategically while remaining hands-on.A people-centric leader who combines strategic thinking, empathy, and decisive execution.Experience in retail, consumer, healthcare, or other customer-facing sectors is a strong advantage.
