Some of your duties will include:Responsible for leading the strategic direction, integration, and execution of all Human Capital Management systems, processes, and programs to support the company’s business strategy and operational excellence; This role ensures the effective management of the full spectrum of Human Capital Management Systems including: HR System and Compensation Benefit, Organizational Development and Talent Management, Recruitment, Payroll, Expatriate Affairs and HR Partnership & QA/QC, and People Relations & Engagement.To maintain organization's human capital by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human capital policies, programs, and practices to enhance all human capital services.To conduct the tracking and reporting of the progress for all on-going human capital services to ensure all human capital program is running well.To originates and leads human capital practices and objectives that will provide an employee-oriented; high-performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity, and standards; goal attainment, and the recruitment and ongoing development of a superior workforce.Oversees the implementation of Human Capital programs through human capital staff. Oversees and manages the work of reporting human capital staff. Encourages the ongoing development of the human capital staff.Develops and monitors an annual budget that includes human capital services, employee recognition, and administration.Conducts a continuing study of all human capital policies, programs, and practices to keep management informed of new developments.Prepares periodic reports for management, as necessary or requested, to track strategic goal accomplishment.Provides advice and counsel to managers, supervisors, and employees as to human capital policies and procedures.Participates in executive, management, and company staff meetings and attends other meetings and seminars.Manage department routine and projects annual business planning (budgeting) process (headcount, Opex, Capex, and closure cost), identify issues, and propose improvements; Ensure that programs are conducted within approved budgetary constraints; Be accountable for approval of purchases and expenditure within the delegated limits of authority; Review monthly cost and production against budget, and identify improvements; Reforecast budget if necessaryWhat skills and experience do you need?Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, Law, or a related field is required. Master’s degree preferred.Minimum 20 years of experience in Human Capital Management with at Minimum 7 (ten) years’ experience in senior managerial or head-level positions of overall HCM related fields in the mining, energy, or heavy industry sector.Comprehensive and In-depth knowledge of all manpower regulation in Indonesian (Indonesian labor laws, immigration regulations, etc) and expatriate employment management; Strong ability to interpret and apply regulatory updates into company practice; Expertise in Compensation & Benefits, HRIS (SAP SuccessFactors or equivalent), Talent Management, and OD frameworks; Advanced administrative and organizational skills with strategic advisory capability; Has good relationship with regional and national manpower agency.Certified SHRM-SCP, SHRM-CP, SPHR, or equivalent international HR certification; Competency-Based HR Management certification from BNSP or equivalent.Have middle level operational inspector certificate (POM) or qualifications certificate recognized by KaIT (Chief Mines Inspector) in accordance with level of position.Strong leadership and team management skills; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven HR decision-making; Strong communication and interpersonal skills; Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills; Professional integrity, discretion, and confidentiality in handling sensitive matters; Service-oriented with a hospitality mindset; Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, handle pressure, and deliver timely solutions.Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written and computer literate - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ERP – SAP/ Oracle and database management.
