Head of Human Resources

We are seeking an experienced and organized HR professional to lead our human resources department. The ideal candidate will be capable of designing and implementing performance tracking systems, employee appraisal frameworks, and incentive schemes while fostering a strong culture of accountability and motivation within the organization.Key Responsibilities:Create and maintain a structured tracking system for employee performance, attendance, and KPIs.Design appraisal frameworks, incentive plans, and performance-based bonus systems to drive engagement.Lead recruitment processes including interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and when necessary, separations.Develop and implement effective HR policies aligned with company culture and objectives.Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and best HR practices.Build and execute training programs for upskilling and career development.Design and manage employee recognition programs to enhance morale and retention.Collaborate with department heads to align workforce planning with business goals.Maintain organized documentation through HRIS or ERP systems.Handle employee relations with empathy, professionalism, and discretion.Requirements:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.7–12 years of HR experience in manufacturing, FMCG, or industrial environments.Proven experience setting up HR systems, KPIs, and structured appraisal processes.Strong analytical, communication, and leadership capabilities.High emotional intelligence with the ability to manage diverse teams and complex interpersonal issues.Strong sense of integrity, accountability, and organization.
