Head of Human Resources Operations

Title: Head of HR OperationsReporting to: Human Resources DirectorIndustry: Technology We are working with a leading technology focused holding group headquartered in Abu Dhabi who are seeking to appoint an experienced Head of HR Operations to lead and enhance their HR operational function across the group.This is a senior leadership position, responsible for driving operational excellence within HR, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and efficiency across all HR processes, and delivering a seamless employee experience.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and oversee all HR operations functions across the group, including payroll, HR administration, and employee services.Manage the accurate and timely processing of monthly payroll, benefits administration, and end-of-service settlements in line with UAE Labour Law.Oversee the issuance of NOC letters, employment verifications, and HR-related documentation ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.Implement and continuously improve HR systems, policies, and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.Ensure compliance with UAE labour laws, visa and immigration requirements, and internal governance standards.Partner closely with the HR Director and business leaders to support organisational goals and workforce needs.Drive HR data analytics and reporting to support informed decision-making across the business.Lead, coach, and develop the HR operations team, fostering a culture of service excellence and continuous improvement.Oversee vendor management related to HR services including payroll providers, insurance brokers, and government relations partners.Support HR transformation initiatives and digitalisation projects across the group.Mandatory requirementBachelors degree minimum qualificationMinimum of 10 years in Human ResourcesTechnology/Fintech industry experienceExperienced specifically in HR Operations
