About the CompanyThe Head– Human Resources responsibilities include overseeing the recruitment process; managing talent and performance metrics; implementing and supporting company policies and setting objectives for the HR in-country team. As a senior leader and business partner, this role is critical in shaping our employer brand strategy.About the RoleTo be successful in this role, you should be familiar with HR technology, Data Analytics, time and attendance systems as well as payroll systems. Set objectives for the HR team and develop and track progress of the team.ResponsibilitiesSupport and implement company policies that promote a healthy work environment and improve the employee experience at all levels.Manage and administer compensation and benefits plans.Support and suggest improvements for the entire recruitment process.Implement and manage the Human Capital and Talent in Country.Design and implement employees’ career development paths.Monitor HR metrics (e.g. turnover rates and cost-per-hire) and provide key stakeholders.Participate in creating relevant budgets for the HR Department.Manage approved budgets in a responsible fashion.Organize learning and development programs.Oversees and navigates the Industrial Relations portfolio for the country.Maintain HR procedures that comply with labour regulations.Manage compensation and Conduct EAE for vacation accrual report and bonus report.Bring your passion and expertise (Who you are)Bachelor’s degree in HR, Management, or related field; master’s preferred.8+ years of People/HR leadership in multi-country retail, distribution, or operations.Strong experience managing the full range of HR deliverables at a senior level across multiple sites.Knowledge of Human Capital SystemsProven ability to develop PO talent and build career mobility.Some important intangiblesYou feel connected to our mission and values: Integrity, Respect, Accountability, Passion Community, and Continuous ImprovementYou are a self-starter who doesn’t need direct supervision to motivate you for successYou enjoy sharing your quirkiness and talents with your coworkersEnjoy working hardFull of energy for the things one sees as challengingNot fearful of acting with a minimum of planningThe ability to remain calm when dealing with unforeseen constraints and multiple demandsOur CommitmentWe not only embrace and celebrate the diversity of our membership base and communities but also strive to achieve the same in our employees.
