Head of Human Resources, People and Culture | Tipperary | OnsitePrism Executive have partnered with a leading Irish food manufacturer to appoint a Head of HR to lead their People and Culture agenda.A critical role in their organisation, the appointee will play a key part in supporting their growing business and shaping a people-focused culture that reflects their values and ambitions. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the People and Culture function, building on the organisations strong foundations and driving innovative strategies to support, engage, and inspire our teams across Ireland.Key Responsibilities: Develop and deliver a People & Culture strategy that supports the company’s vision, values, and growth plans.Act as a trusted advisor to the leadership team on all people-related matters.Lead the delivery of talent acquisition, onboarding, engagement, learning & development, and retention initiatives.Champion a strong, values-driven culture across all locations and teams.Oversee and continuously improve HR policies, processes, and compliance frameworks.Foster a culture of inclusion, well-being, and employee empowerment.Lead and develop the People and Culture team to deliver a high standard of service and support.Qualifications and Skills: Proven experience in a senior HR or People and Culture leadership role.Strong strategic mindset combined with hands-on delivery.Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build trust across all levels of the organisation.Passionate about people, culture, and creating exceptional employee experiences.CIPD qualification or equivalent experience is desirable.Personal Attributes: Reliable and trustworthy.Proactive and solution oriented.Good communication skills.Discreet with sensitive financial information.For further information, please contact Orla Brennan on 086 1720090 / orla.brennan@prismexecutive.ie
