HR Manager | Leading Hospitality Group | DublinI’m currently retained by a well-established, multi-site hospitality group to appoint a Head of HR, a senior appointment that will take ownership of the full HR function for a workforce of over 1,000 employees across Ireland.This is a key leadership role, ideal for an experienced HR professional who thrives in fast-paced, people-intensive environments. With a footprint spanning bars, restaurants and live venues, this business requires a confident HR lead who can bring structure, ensure compliance, manage complex employee relations, and act as a trusted partner to the executive team.The scope is broad and commercially significant. You’ll be responsible for:Leading end-to-end recruitment and workforce planning across multiple venuesDriving high-performance culture through structured performance management and developmentManaging payroll, benefits, and HR systems for a large-scale employee baseAdvising on legal, health & safety, and employee relations matters with sound judgementDeveloping and implementing HR policies and programmes that align with business strategySupporting senior leaders with coaching and capability buildingWe’re looking for:7–10 years’ HR experience in fast-moving, complex environmentsA proven ability to lead HR at scale, ideally with experience in hospitality, retail, or multi-site operationsCIPD-qualified, with strong grounding in HR best practice and employment lawCommercial acumen and experience influencing senior stakeholdersA proactive, visible approach and excellent communication skillsLocation: Dublin City Centre (3 to 4 days on-site presence required)If you have the resilience, leadership, and commercial sharpness to lead HR in one of Ireland’s most vibrant industries, this is an opportunity to make real impact.Application Process:As the retained executive search consultant for this role, Quinn & Associates will review all applications carefully.
