Job Title: Head of Industrial AgencyLocation: Dublin, IrelandCompany: Leading Property ConsultancyReports To: Managing Director / Head of AgencyOverviewOur client, a leading property consultancy with a strong presence across Ireland and internationally, is seeking an exceptional Head of Industrial Agency to lead its high-performing Industrial & Logistics division based in Dublin.This is a senior leadership role, responsible for driving business growth, managing key client relationships, leading a specialist team, and enhancing the firm’s position as a market leader in the industrial and logistics property sector.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic LeadershipDefine and execute the business strategy for the Industrial Agency division in alignment with the firm’s overall objectives.Identify new business opportunities, emerging markets, and client sectors to drive growth and market share.Represent the firm as a thought leader within the Irish and wider European industrial and logistics property market.Client & Transaction ManagementLead on major leasing, acquisition, and disposal mandates for key occupiers, investors, and developers.Maintain and grow relationships with institutional investors, REITs, logistics operators, and corporate occupiers.Oversee all stages of the transaction process—pitching, negotiation, and completion—with a focus on excellence and client satisfaction.Team Leadership & DevelopmentManage, mentor, and develop a team of industrial agents and support staff, fostering a culture of collaboration, performance, and innovation.Set clear performance objectives and ensure the team meets commercial and operational targets.Lead recruitment and talent development initiatives within the team.Market Insight & RepresentationMonitor and analyse trends in the industrial, logistics, and distribution property sectors.Provide clients with high-quality market intelligence, forecasts, and strategic advice.Represent the firm at industry events, seminars, and media engagements to raise the team’s profile.Key RequirementsExperience & ExpertiseMinimum of 8–10 years’ experience in industrial agency or related property sectors, with a proven record of success in client-facing, transaction-led roles.Strong knowledge of the Irish industrial and logistics market, including development trends, occupier demand, and investment drivers.Demonstrated experience in leading teams and managing major client accounts.QualificationsDegree qualified in Property, Real Estate, or a related discipline.Chartered Surveyor status (MSCSI / MRICS) preferred.Skills & AttributesStrong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.Proven leadership, communication, and people management abilities.Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to identify and secure new business opportunities.Excellent presentation and stakeholder engagement skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.PackageA highly competitive remuneration package is offered, including performance-related bonus, benefits, and the opportunity to play a key strategic role within one of Ireland’s most respected property consultancies.For more details & salary information please contact our recruitment partner Rory O'Reilly at Ramsey Heath - rory@ramseyheath.com
