The Role We’re looking for a Head of Influencer Marketing Operations to oversee and optimize our influencer campaigns worldwide. This role is for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, operations, and team leadership — ensuring our campaigns are smooth, scalable, and results-driven.What You’ll Do Lead the planning, execution, and operational management of influencer campaigns across multiple regions. Design and implement processes, workflows, and tools to ensure campaigns run efficiently at scale. Collaborate with campaign managers, client teams, and creators to align strategy with execution. Track campaign performance, identify operational bottlenecks, and optimize processes for maximum impact. Build, mentor, and lead the operations team supporting influencer campaigns globally. Excellent communication skills, with experience collaborating across remote international teams. Passion for creators, content, and influencer marketing innovation.
