About the RoleWe’re seeking an experienced and strategic Head of IT Operations to lead organizational performance and operational transformation. You’ll drive company-wide efficiency, strengthen governance, and ensure seamless delivery across multiple business functions. This role is ideal for a leader who combines big-picture strategy with hands-on execution.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement the company’s operational strategy in alignment with business goals.Oversee end-to-end operations including service delivery, project management, and customer engagement.Drive digital transformation, cost optimization, and process improvement across departments.Manage P&L, budgets, and financial performance reporting to executive leadership.Lead, mentor, and inspire multi-disciplinary teams to achieve excellence.Ensure compliance with governance, risk management, and quality standards.Collaborate with sales and solution teams to deliver high-value outcomes for enterprise and government clients.Qualifications10+ years in operations or service delivery, ideally within system integration, consulting, or technology sectors.Proven experience in financial management, performance optimization, and large-scale transformation.Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills at executive level.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.Excellent communication in Thai and English.If you interest in the job opportunity, please apply.
