With a strong presence in Indonesia, the company values expertise in accounting and finance to drive its strategic goals.Job DescriptionAs a Head of Internal Audit, your main responsibilities will include:Lead the Internal Control Division, including policies, procedures, and audit plans.Conduct risk assessments and develop a comprehensive internal audit strategy.Perform audits across operational, financial, and compliance areas.Provide independent assurance to the CEO and Board on the effectiveness of internal controls.Collaborate with departments to promote a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.Report findings and recommendations to senior leadership and the Audit Committee.Stay abreast of regulatory requirements and best practices in the nonprofit sector.The Successful ApplicantBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; professional certification (e.g., CIA, CPA) preferred.Minimum 8-10 years of experience in internal audit, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.Proven experience setting up or transforming audit functions.Strong understanding of risk management, internal controls, and compliance frameworks.Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.Experience in the nonprofit sector is highly desirable.What's on OfferA competitive benefits package.Hybrid working arrangement.Contact: Esther RambeQuote job ref: JN-102025-6860559
