Join us on our mission to improve the wellbeing of the world through the great outdoors.A little bit about the role…As the Head of International Sales & Brand Development at Kathmandu you will be responsible for driving the development and growth of the distributor network for Kathmandu. The objective is to grow sales and brand value across key regions, building a strong and consistent global brand.Day to day responsibilities include:Drive Global Growth: Lead international market expansion by identifying new opportunities and onboarding high-performing distributor partners aligned with Kathmandu’s brand strategy.Strategic Partner Management: Manage distributor relationships to ensure compliance, brand consistency, and revenue growth through clear KPIs, operational standards, and marketing excellence.Sales & Market Planning: Develop and execute seasonal sales plans, budgets, and forecasts.
