Head of International Sales – AI Powered Industrial Energy SolutionsLocation: EU (Field-Based / Remote Hybrid)About Our ClientThe company is a fast growing UK-headquartered deep-tech software company developing battery-free wireless IoT sensors and AI-powered cloud platforms for the manufacturing industry.We enable factories to monitor and optimize — in real time:Steam lossesBoiler efficiencyCompressor & chiller performanceCarbon emissionsAll through a cloud-native interface powered by energy-harvesting sensors.Company has been recognised among the ‘Top 10 Predictive Maintenance Innovators’ and is rapidly becoming a category-defining global leader in industrial AI and energy intelligence.Who We’re Looking ForThis Head of International Sales role is designed for candidates with expertise in industrial operations, engineering, or technical B2B sales — people who understand the environments our platform serves and the ROI we deliver.Ideal candidates will have:A strong network within UK and/or EU manufacturing — especially in dairy, tyre, paper, chemical, or brewery sectors.Experience working with, or selling to, Maintenance, Utilities, or Energy ManagersFamiliarity with potential partner companies such as ISIS, JBC, or FlowquipExposure to companies in our competitive landscape: Spirax Sarco, Emerson, TLV, Armstrong, IMI, DCO Systems, etc.If you've seen firsthand how difficult it is to reduce steam waste, track compressed air losses, or justify sustainability spend — this is a role where you can turn that insight into industry-wide impact.What You’ll DoIdentify and engage high-value industrial accounts across the UK and EUProspect, nurture, and manage technical sales opportunitiesPresent tailored, value-driven solutions to plant decision-makersBuild strong relationships with key roles: Maintenance, Energy, and Utilities leadsRepresent Brenpower at industry events, exhibitions, and factory demosCollaborate with product and success teams to guide deployments and ROIFeed customer insight into our roadmap, pricing, and commercial strategyQualifications Must-Have:Over 10 years experience in industrial operations, particularly B2B technical salesDeep understanding of utility systems (steam, chillers, compressed air, boilers)Outstanding communication and consultative sales skillsExcellent level of English.Ability to travel within the UK and EU for site visits and client engagementPreferred:Mechanical, Energy, or Process Engineering degreePrior work with utilities optimization or predictive maintenance platformsCommercial exposure to software and hardware in manufacturing environmentsWhat We Offer£80,000 to £110,000 gross base salary + performance-based bonusUncapped commissions on closed dealsFull onboarding and technical trainingA flexible, autonomous work environmentDirect influence on UK and EU go-to-market and growth strategyA chance to bring intelligence to industrial energy — one factory at a time
