Identify, approach, and negotiate with high-value potential clients, acting as a true key account hunter. Generate tangible results through meetings, proposals, and closed deals. Build strong and lasting partnerships that align with the company’s growth objectives. Report directly to the Board, providing transparency on pipeline, performance, and forecasts. Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Finance, Operations, Product) to ensure success across all international accounts. QUALIFICATIONS Minimum of 4 years’ experience in international commercial roles within retail, nutrition, supplements, or similar industries. Proven record of opening and managing accounts with major retailers (experience in Spain required; Italy and France highly valued). Established network of decision-makers and buyers within the sector. Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and communication skills. Highly results-oriented, independent, and resilient.
