We are the leading provider in B2B omnichannel commerce for business equipment and are looking for motivated individuals to shape the future of work with us.TAKKT group are expanding our presence in Budapest, Hungary, to host the new European TAKKT Competence Center (TCC). This expansion means we will be hiring highly skilled experts in digital and future-focused competencies, ensuring that we remain competitive and customer-centric as we embrace new technologies, including AI.We're seeking a Head of PMO (IT Project Management Office) to lead our strategic IT and digital initiatives. This role will drive governance, execution excellence, and alignment across our IT project portfolio, playing a key role in accelerating our TAKKT Forward strategy.Key ResponsibilitiesGrow, lead and develop an emerging IT project delivery function which is crucial to accomplish our overall transformation. Doing so by fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Define and mature and drive adoption of our project governance frameworks and standards for agile, hybrid, or waterfall methodologies. Collaborate with business units and IT leadership to prioritize initiatives and allocate resources.Monitor and report on project portfolio performance, including financials, timelines, risks, and benefits realization.Manage vendor relationships and contracts related to project delivery. Support change management and communication strategies for major IT initiatives.Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.Provide direct leadership to currently 3 project managers and full ownership of the projects they runKey RequirementsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or related fieldProject Management Certification (e.g., PMP, PMI-ACP, PRINCE2)Minimum 10 years of experience in IT project management, including 3+ years in a leadership roleProven success in managing large-scale digital transformation programsStrong strategic thinking and business-technology alignmentExpertise in project methodologies (PMI, PRINCE2, Agile)Proficiency in tools like MS Project, Azure DevOps, ServiceNowFamiliarity with IT governance frameworks (COBIT, ITIL)Excellent communication and stakeholder management skillsAnalytical mindset with hands-on problem-solving capabilitiesExperience in the retail industry is a plusProfessional English proficiency (written and oral)Willingness to travel up to 30%BenefitsCompetitive salary and benefits packageFlexible work options (60% office presence)SZÉP card (28k HUF)Private health insurance after probationModern office with ergonomic workspacesReady to lead the charge in transforming B2B commerce?
