With new venues, evolving operating models and increasing leadership demand, we’re seeking a Head of Learning & Development to build scalable, high-impact learning frameworks that support growth.This is a senior, influential role for a learning leader who thrives in high-volume, fast-paced QSR or multi-site hospitality environments and understands how to enable performance through people.The RoleReporting to the Chief People Officer, you will:Lead and execute a group-wide L&D strategy aligned to business growth and expansion plansBuild scalable learning solutions to support new venue openings, operational excellence and leadership pipelinesDesign and embed learning frameworks across frontline, shift leaders, managers and senior leadersPartner closely with operations to ensure learning is practical, commercial and impact-drivenOversee onboarding, compliance and capability programs across a growing workforceLead, coach and develop the internal L&D function and external partnersUse data and insights to track capability uplift, engagement and performance outcomesAbout YouYou’re a commercially minded learning leader who enjoys building structure in growing organisations.You’ll bring:Proven experience in a senior L&D leadership role within QSR, quick-service, retail or high-volume hospitality (QSR experience strongly preferred)Experience supporting rapid growth, multi-site operations or new market expansionStrong capability in leadership development, frontline training and learning design at scaleThe ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on deliveryConfidence influencing executive, operational and frontline stakeholdersA practical, agile mindset suited to fast-paced environmentsWhy Join Us?Join a business in an exciting growth phase with strong momentumExecutive visibility and the opportunity to build learning capability from the ground upInfluence how people, leaders and culture scale with the businessCompetitive remuneration package
