Head of Legal Operations

We are supporting one of our client companies in their search for a highly qualified professional to join their leadership team as the Head of Legal / Legal Director. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all legal operations, ensuring compliance, and providing strategic guidance to senior management.Law degree and admission to the Turkish Bar.Minimum of 15 years of relevant legal experience, including leadership roles within the legal departments of corporate and global organizations.Strong expertise in corporate law, commercial law, capital markets (SPK) compliance, litigation management, and cross-border transactions.Excellent command of both Turkish and English, with advanced drafting, review, and negotiation skills.Demonstrated ability to work effectively with senior leadership and contribute to strategic decision-making.High level of integrity, strong analytical thinking, and proven ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
