Head of Maintenance

EVIOP-TEMPO S.A., a leading company in the production of industrial electrical goods for Siemens AG & Phoenix Contact, located in Vasiliko Chalkidas, is currently seeking to hire a Head of Maintenance and Improvement.The position reports to the Managing Director.The mission of the position is to ensure reliable equipment performance, drive improvements, strengthen transparency through structured maintenance and enhance cross-functional collaboration.Main Responsibilities: Overall Responsibility for the Maintenance Process, including the implementation of planned and unplanned maintenance, servicing and optimization measures and initiatives Implementation of a systematic framework for Equipment Assessment and Continuous Improvement, including the definition of evaluation principles and methods to assess equipment conditionActive participation in the technical evaluation of projects for the modernization and renovation of existing equipment and the design of new production assetsStrategic Management of Spare Parts, Tooling and FixturesDevelopment, coordination and implementation of structured maintenance plans for machines and equipment, focusing on preventive and predictive maintenance principles and techniques.Close collaboration with manufacturing, logistics, quality and production engineering to improve product quality and ensure stable and efficient equipment performanceDevelopment of a strong spirit of teamwork among employees, as well as encouragement of idea generation and active participation in continuous improvement initiatives.Development of professional as well as technical skills of the members of the teamLeading internal training initiativesParticipation in special technical projectsQualifications & Requirements:Major in Automation, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Bachelor or aboveGood understanding of technical design and evaluation, including mechanical drawings, electrical hardware, software concepts and data structures.Proficiency in MS OfficeKnowledge of environmental, health and safety law and requirementsHigh social competence and confidence in challenging situations, combined with empathy, strong communication skills and creativity.Ability to lead, motivate and develop teams effectivelySkilled in transparent planning of tasks and structured approach to work.Proactive attitude and willingness to learn new topics.A strong sense of responsibility and entrepreneurial spirit.The company provides: Developmental working environmentCompetitive remuneration packageContinuous training
