You’ll partner closely with our business area leaders to drive financial excellence and ensure that decisions across the organization are consistently grounded in data and insight.You will also lead a small, high-performing team and work hand-in-hand with senior leadership to steer overall financial performance, support M&A activities, and deliver impactful insights through advanced analytics, forecasting, and modern reporting solutions.Key Responsibilities💫 Lead our management accounting function, ensuring accurate, timely, and insightful financial reporting, forecasting, and analysis.💫 Provide clear, actionable insights to senior leadership and the Board to support strategic decision-making.💫 Partner with business units to identify opportunities that improve efficiency, profitability, and overall performance.💫 Support M&A initiatives through financial due diligence, modeling, valuation insights, and integration planning.💫 Mentor and develop your team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.💫 Champion AI-powered finance tools and analytics to strengthen forecasting, scenario planning, and data-driven decision-making across the organization.What are we looking for?🎯 10+ years of experience in finance, management accounting, or business control (experience in tech or professional services is a strong plus).🎯 Deep understanding of the software consulting business model and its financial drivers.🎯 Hands-on experience with Planning Analytics, Aaro Consolidation, or Power BI is highly valued.🎯 Proven leadership capabilities, including experience leading and developing a small team.🎯 Exceptional analytical, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to turn complex data into clear insights.🎯 Familiarity with AI-driven analytics and automation tools -or a strong motivation to leverage AI to transform finance processes.🎯 Excellent communication skills in both Finnish and English, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.Cool, but what's in it for me?🌟 Enjoy flexibility in how you work, with a primary focus on collaborating from our office.
