Head of Market Development – GCC & Levant📍 Location: Dubai, UAE 📊 Reports To: Group CEO / Founder’s Office ✈️ Travel Requirement: Up to 60% (across GCC and Levant)About the Role RSA Global is seeking a Head of Market Development to lead our regional expansion across the GCC and Levant. This strategic role focuses on identifying, evaluating, and structuring new business opportunities — including partnerships, joint ventures, and greenfield setups.You will play a key role in driving RSA Global’s growth vision by combining market analysis, relationship development, and commercial evaluation. This is a highly independent, externally facing position requiring strong commercial judgment, financial acumen, and the ability to represent RSA credibly with government, institutional, and private stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and evaluate potential market entry or business development opportunities across GCC and Levant.Conduct market assessments — commercial, regulatory, and competitive.Build and maintain strategic relationships with free zones, port authorities, government entities, and potential partners.Perform preliminary due diligence on prospective opportunities (NDAs, data packs, and financials).Prepare investment summaries, feasibility reports, and presentations for leadership review.Coordinate with internal teams (Strategy, Finance, Legal) to advance qualified opportunities.Represent RSA Global at trade events, business councils, and industry forums.Maintain a structured reporting system for opportunity pipelines and deal progress.Key RequirementsExperience: 10–15 years in business development, corporate strategy, or M&A — ideally within logistics, supply chain, infrastructure, or related sectors.Regional Knowledge: Strong understanding of GCC and Levant markets, regulatory frameworks, and commercial ecosystems.Skills & Competencies:Strong deal assessment and structuring capabilities.Solid financial and analytical skills.Excellent relationship management and negotiation skills.Strong communication and presentation abilities.Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or Engineering; MBA or equivalent preferred.Attributes: Entrepreneurial mindset, self-driven, culturally adaptable, and high integrity.Why Join RSA GlobalRSA Global is a UAE-based logistics and supply chain solutions provider with a growing footprint across the GCC and Levant.
