We increase quality of life, enable personalized treatment, advance research and relieve our health system.We offer:A permanent full-time position based in ViennaStrategic responsibility and international collaboration in the healthcare sectorThe opportunity to shape global marketing for cutting-edge diagnosticsAn open and purpose-driven environment, shaped by values such as sustainability, equity, diversity, inclusion, and mutual respectA team that values clear, direct communication and cross-functional collaborationWe need you for:Market intelligence: Define markets, track trends and competitors, turn insights into clear choices on where and how to compete.Customer insights: Run qualitative and quantitative research; define unmet needs and buying criteria.Segmentation and positioning: Segment markets, map customer journeys, and craft evidence-based positioning by segment.Launch and market entry: Lead end-to-end launches (readiness, enablement, channel strategy, playbooks, metrics, reviews).Pricing and monetization: Own pricing models and tender strategy.Lifecycle and planning: Translate market needs into the roadmap; keep a tight feedback loop with research, clinical, regulatory, and quality.Ecosystem and influence: Drive key opinion leader engagement, alliances, distributors; support commercial due diligence.Enablement: Equip Marketing with the right information (eg. positioning), clear priorities, and a compelling narrative to make the right marketing decisions and execute.Your profile:Master’s in life sciences, business, marketing, or similar; 10+ years in pharmaceuticals, medical technology, or diagnostics with international scope.Strength in positioning, segmentation, customer-journey design, market research, and leading launches.Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership.Fluent English, Fluent German is a plus.Passion for healthcare innovation.Your actual salary will depend on your previous experience and qualifications.
