Someone who translates strategy into action, leads people, and isn’t afraid to get hands-on. In this role, you will shape how we present ourselves to the world and connect our commercial goals with the real scientific value we deliver.Your ChallengeDevelop and execute a clear, data-driven marketing strategy aligned with our growth prioritiesPosition Cytosurge as a premium player in cell and gene editing instrumentation and services, reinforcing differentiation and valueTranslate strategic discussions into actionable marketing initiatives and measurable KPI’sOversee the full marketing mix (digital, content, campaigns, PR, and events), ensuring consistency of message and ROI focusImplement and scale Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and digital demand-generation programs targeting biotech, pharma, and life sciences customersLead website, brand, and content development projectsTranslate complex scientific concepts into compelling, value-based narratives that resonate across technical and business audiencesBuild internal alignment and clarity around marketing priorities, helping teams understand and champion our brand storyManage and mentor the marketing team (consisting of 2 team members) while balancing strategic guidance with hands-on involvementFoster a culture of accountability, creativity, and collaborationEnsure efficient coordination with external agencies, suppliers and partnersYour ProfileAt least 10 years of experience in marketing within life sciences, medtech, or biotech, ideally with exposure to both instruments and services modelsProven track record of leadership experience, equipping you with excellent leadership and people management skillsProven ability to design and execute integrated marketing strategies that generate measurable commercial outcomesStrong understanding of complex B2B sales cycles, including ABM, MQL/SQL conversion, and digital campaign performanceSkilled at navigating internal dynamics, building consensus, and communicating across executive and technical teamsBalance of strategic clarity and operational execution – you thrive in environments where structure and creativity must coexistYou have a hands-on mentality and enjoy rolling up your sleevesProficient English skills, both written and spokenOur OfferOpportunity to get on board while our company is preparing for scale-upPlatform to unleash your full potential as we welcome everyone’s input and opinionChallenging work in an innovative, informal, and agile environmentVery flexible working hours – both in the office and from homeWhy should you join the team?Take the opportunity and be the driving force behind Cytosurge’s marketing activities.
