We combine the speed and creativity of a startup environment with the strategic discipline required to build scalable global platforms.Our team operates across multiple regions and collaborates closely to transform ambitious ideas into structured, high-impact execution.Role OverviewWe are seeking a strategic, execution-driven Head of Marketing to lead the company’s global marketing initiatives and establish the foundations of a scalable marketing function.This role sits at the intersection of brand development, demand generation, product positioning, and market expansion. The Head of Marketing will work closely with leadership to shape marketing strategy while also driving hands-on execution during AiOO’s growth phase.The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with operational capability, is comfortable building marketing systems from the ground up, and thrives in fast-moving startup environments.Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing StrategyDefine and execute AiOO’s marketing strategy aligned with company growth objectives.Develop positioning, messaging, and brand strategy for AiOO’s products and services.Identify growth opportunities across international markets and digital channels.Translate company strategy into clear marketing initiatives and campaigns.Demand Generation & GrowthBuild scalable demand generation systems that support revenue growth.Develop and manage multi-channel acquisition strategies including digital marketing, partnerships, and outbound initiatives.Optimize marketing funnels and customer acquisition processes.Track marketing performance and continuously improve ROI through data-driven insights.Brand & Market PositioningBuild and strengthen AiOO’s brand presence globally.Represent and maintain AiOO's presence in global industry events & trade shows.Lead marketing communications, campaigns, and brand initiatives.Ensure consistency in messaging across all marketing channels.Support leadership visibility through thought leadership and industry positioning.Marketing OperationsImplement marketing systems, tools, and automation platforms.Establish marketing KPIs, dashboards, and reporting frameworks.Introduce operational structure to campaign planning and execution.Ensure marketing processes remain scalable as the company grows.Team LeadershipBuild and lead AiOO’s marketing team as the organization scales.Define team structure, responsibilities, and performance expectations.Manage external partners, agencies, and freelancers when required.Foster a culture of accountability, experimentation, and continuous improvement.Cross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with the commercial/revenue team, technology, and leadership teams to align marketing strategy with product development and company goals.Provide insights into market trends, customer behavior, and competitive positioning.Support market expansion initiatives through targeted marketing strategies.RequirementsExperience7–10+ years of experience in marketing leadership roles.Experience in technology, media, SaaS, or digital platforms is strongly preferred.Demonstrated experience building or scaling marketing functions in startup or high-growth environments.Experience working across international markets is a strong advantage.SkillsStrong understanding of digital marketing, growth strategy, and demand generation.Experience with modern marketing tools, analytics platforms, and automation systems.Ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution.Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.Data-driven mindset with a focus on measurable outcomes.Personal AttributesHighly proactive and self-directed.Comfortable operating in fast-paced startup environments.Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Ability to bring structure and clarity to evolving systems.What We OfferOpportunity to lead marketing for a growing international technology company.Direct collaboration with executive leadership.Exposure to global markets and high-impact strategic projects.Competitive compensation aligned with experience.This role is ideally based in Dubai with a hybrid work model.
