We primarily serve large MNCs, supporting their IT and network needs wherever they are, thanks to our global presence.Mission and Responsibilities :We are searching for an experienced and driven marketing executive to join the APAC leadership team and to lead our regional marketing department. The 12-month mission of the Head of APAC Marketing includes:1. Events & Major Program ExecutionSKO 2026 (Chiang Mai): Deliver the confirmed plan — oversee agenda, venue management, website and registration, attendee communications, team-building activity, CSR initiative, partner integration, and budget tracking.SKO 2027 Planning: Initiate and progress key milestones — location scouting, hotel RFPs and negotiations, costings, PO management, agenda design, and early communications planning.Orange Business Summit APAC (Customer Event): Finalise agenda, secure speakers, and ensure flawless execution (venue, logistics and comms). Align content with sales and customer priorities to strengthen engagement and pipeline impact.Customer Advisory Board (CAB): Manage preparation, content alignment, and delivery in coordination with regional sales and global stakeholders.Partner Marketing Integration: Maintain close cadence with Internal Orange Business Partner Teams and Partners (E.g Cisco, HPE Aruba, Palo Alto Networks, Equinix, etc.), overseeing joint campaigns, MDF utilisation, and co-branded events to enhance market reach and advocacy.2. Campaigns & Account-Based MarketingExecute 2026 marketing plan and associated go-to-market campaigns in partnership with agencies, partners, and internal teams (Sales, Solutions, Global and Regional Marketing).Ensure campaign planning and content are tightly aligned with regional priorities, sales objectives, and customer needs.Leverage multi-channel tactics — including email, social media, digital advertising, SEO, events, content syndication, and analytics — to generate leads, build pipeline, and drive measurable revenue growth.Partner with Sales to deliver account-based marketing (ABM) programs that increase pipeline, improve win rates, and drive revenue in key enterprise accounts and priority sectors.3. Partner EcosystemDesign and execute joint go-to-market initiatives with strategic partners including Cisco, Microsoft, Palo Alto Networks, Zscaler, and others.Drive advocacy, co-marketing opportunities, and ROI-based partner activities that expand Orange’s regional reach and accelerate joint success.4. Budget & OperationsManage and track the APAC marketing budget, including event costs, campaign allocations, MDF reporting, and spend vs. forecast tracking.Oversee PO management, vendor contracts, and agency partnerships, ensuring compliance and timely execution.Initiate 2027 budget planning, aligning allocation by region and strategic priority areas.5. Internal & External CommunicationsManage internal communications across APAC to strengthen alignment and engagement (newsletters, announcements, event updates, leadership messages).Ensure external marketing communications — including invitations, digital campaigns, social promotion, PR, Media and partner amplification — are executed on schedule and in line with brand tone and messaging.6. Leadership & CoordinationAs a member of the APAC Leadership Team, provide strategic direction and lead tactical execution to achieve business goals.Manage and mentor the regional marketing team, ensuring continuity of leadership and operational excellence.Maintain close alignment with International Marketing, Central Marketing, and Sales Heads, ensuring effective interlocks, shared best practices, and consistent reporting cadence (pipeline attribution, event ROI, campaign performance).7. Brand StewardshipChampion and amplify the Orange Business brand across APAC, embedding corporate values and regional propositions in all marketing initiatives.Lead the strategy and execution of high-impact brand campaigns and field programs to drive awareness, engagement, and conversion.Reporting to the Asia Pacific President, this role leads the end-to-end marketing function across APAC — driving brand growth, pipeline generation, and customer engagement through integrated campaigns, events, and partner marketing initiatives. The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on program execution across key priorities for 2026 and foundational planning for 2027.Experience and Qualification :Success in this role requires a strong business acumen, an analytical mindset, advanced marketing & management experience, expertise in digital and field marketing techniques. In terms of personal competencies, the successful candidate must be a hands-on person who possesses a combination of strategic thinking, resourceful self-starter, details obsessed, marketing execution skills and leadership qualities to achieve tangible business results.5+ years’ experience in global B2B technology marketing; international exposure highly regardedFlexible and adaptable, with ability to accommodate international travel and global working hours when requiredExceptional organisational, project management, and time-management skills — proven success managing multiple end-to-end projects on time and within budgetStrong interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities, with demonstrated influence across all levels of the business and with external partnersProven expertise in designing and executing integrated marketing programs, campaigns, and events for large Enterprise accountsSolid budget management experience, including forecasting, tracking, and ROI analysisPeople leadership experience, managing teams of five or more across geographies or disciplinesStrategic thinker, with a track record of developing and executing effective marketing strategies and business plansExcellent written and verbal communication skills, coupled with strong leadership and collaboration capabilitiesBachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or related field (MBA)Deep experience across marketing strategy, campaign development, account-based marketing, and multi-channel program delivery (online and offline)Strong understanding of marketing channel optimisation, audience segmentation, and use of insights to improve sales alignment and performanceComprehensive digital marketing expertise, ideally spanning branding, events, email, partnerships, intent monitoring, social media, SEO, web, and content marketingProficiency with marketing technologies, including Salesforce, Marketo, webinar and video tools, and Microsoft Office suiteData-driven mindset, leveraging analytics to guide planning, targeting, and performance optimisation.Orange Business is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
