The group employs 54 management and administrative staff, 135 engineering and technical staff, and over 600 construction staff.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Marketing Department located in Ulaanbaatar. The Head of Marketing will be responsible for overseeing marketing strategies, planning and executing marketing campaigns, conducting market research, managing public relations, and driving sales growth. The role includes developing marketing plans, coordinating with other departments, and leading a marketing team to ensure the company's objectives are met.QualificationsBachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration or Marketing Management.Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, including at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.In-depth knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.Proven experience in PR, communication, and brand management.Strong analytical, research, and creative problem-solving skills.
