My client - a high-growth fashion/lifestyle brand - are seeking a dynamic Marketing Leader to be responsible for the 360 marketing strategy, budgets and team leadership across D2C and B2B/Wholesale channels.We are looking for someone with brand and performance marketing expertise as well as Ecom & Trading experience.This is a hybrid role - London HQ.The RoleSpearhead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies across both B2C and B2B channels.Proven ability to strategise effectively across all key marketing disciplines, including E-commerce, CRM, SEO, Paid Social, Paid Search, Customer Experience (CX), Content, Creative, and Brand Campaigns.Successfully managed marketing budgets with a focus on efficiency and ROI.Oversee regular analysis and reporting of marketing & d2c sales performance to ensure alignment with business objectives.Lead the creation of data-driven customer journeys to enhance engagement and conversion.The PersonWe are seeking an experienced senior-level marketing leader with extensive 360° expertise, ideally within the fashion industry. The successful candidate will be confident operating across both B2B/wholesale and D2C channels, with the ability to drive both brand-building initiatives and performance-led growth strategies. You will lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing team of marketing specialists while shaping and executing strategies that deliver measurable impact.
