From advanced diagnostics and genetics to hyperbaric oxygen, IV therapy, functional medicine, aesthetics and personalised health programmes — we deliver science-led, data-driven care with a luxury client experience.As we continue to scale across the UK and internationally, we are hiring a Head of Marketing who will take ownership of building a category-leading brand in one of the world’s most exciting emerging industries: longevity medicine.This is a rare opportunity for a high-performing Senior Marketing Manager to step up into a Head of Marketing position and shape the marketing engine of a fast-growing, premium health brand.The RoleThe Head of Marketing will lead HUM2N’s full marketing function — brand, growth, digital, content, CRM, performance marketing, agency management and campaign execution across all verticals (clinic, memberships, ecommerce, partnerships and franchise expansion).You will be responsible for setting the strategy, executing intelligently, and building the foundations of a scalable marketing system capable of taking HUM2N from a leading London clinic to a globally recognised longevity brand.Key ResponsibilitiesBrand Leadership & StrategyDevelop and own HUM2N’s brand strategy, positioning and messaging across all channels.Ensure all marketing aligns with HUM2N’s tone of voice, luxury aesthetic and medical credibility.Build a clear, differentiated presence in the longevity, preventative health and wellness market.Growth & AcquisitionCreate and execute multi-channel strategies to drive new client acquisition across:Clinic services12-month health membershipsAesthetic servicesEcommerce (supplements & home testing kits)Manage paid performance (Meta, Google, YouTube) alongside agency support.Content & Creative DirectionOversee social content (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn) with a focus on high reach and strong brand presence.Support production of educational medical content from HUM2N physicians (scripts, campaigns, series).Lead creative direction using HUM2N brand guidelines across assets, ads, landing pages and print materials.CRM & RetentionOwn the customer journey from discovery call → diagnostics → programme onboarding → retention.Develop lifecycle campaigns (email, SMS, automation) to improve engagement, conversion and LTV.Introduce data-driven segmentation and personalised health journeys.Analytics & PerformanceBuild a KPI framework across acquisition, retention, brand, and engagement.Track performance weekly, optimise campaigns using data, and report insights directly to the CEO.Use analytics to support clinical and product teams with evidence-based decisions.Leadership & CollaborationLead a small but growing internal marketing team (social, content, design).Manage external specialists and agencies across performance, creative and PR.Partner cross-functionally with clinical leadership, operations, ecommerce, partnerships and product teams.About YouWe are looking for a strategic-doer — someone able to design the plan and execute it with excellence.You Are Likely To Be:An experienced Senior Marketing Manager or Marketing Lead ready to step into a Head of Marketing position.Comfortable owning both strategy and hands-on execution.Strong in brand storytelling, digital growth and performance marketing fundamentals.Experienced in premium/luxury, health, wellness, fitness, hospitality, beauty or lifestyle brands.Confident leading agencies and internal creative resources.Highly data-driven with a relentless focus on outcomes.Strong aesthetic judgement and appreciation for design-led brands.Excited to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, high-growth environment.Nice to HaveExperience with medical, longevity, aesthetics or wellness brands.Experience building marketing systems from the ground up.Previous experience in a scaling startup or premium service business.What We OfferCompetitive salary (£45–60k) + performance bonus structure.The opportunity to step into a Head of Marketing role with real ownership.A high-growth environment with significant career progression.Access to HUM2N health protocols, diagnostics and therapies.The chance to shape one of the most exciting emerging categories in healthcare.A creative, mission-led culture where science and humanity guide everything we do.How to ApplyPlease submit your CV, portfolio or relevant work samples, and a short note on why you want to join HUM2N to: concierge@hum2n.com
