Brand Strategy & PositioningDevelop and execute the overall marketing and brand strategy aligned with the company’s vision and business goals.Strengthen brand identity and ensure consistent messaging across all touchpoints.Identify market trends, consumer insights, and competitive dynamics to inform strategic decisions.2. Marketing Campaigns & CommunicationsPlan and lead integrated marketing campaigns, including seasonal launches, collaborations, and promotions.Oversee creative development for advertising, visuals, and storytelling that reflect the brand’s aesthetic and values.Manage PR, media relations, and influencer partnerships to enhance brand visibility and engagement.3. Digital & E-Commerce MarketingLead digital marketing initiatives, including performance marketing, SEO/SEM, social media, and CRM.Drive traffic and conversion through data-driven strategies across owned channels (website, e-commerce, social media).Collaborate with the e-commerce team to optimize the online customer experience and digital sales performance.4. Team Leadership & Budget ManagementLead and inspire a high-performing marketing team across brand, digital, and communications functions.Manage marketing budgets efficiently, ensuring strong ROI across all activities.Partner with internal stakeholders (design, retail, merchandising, and sales) to deliver cohesive brand experiences.5. Brand Partnerships & EventsIdentify and negotiate strategic collaborations, sponsorships, and co-branding opportunities.Oversee key brand events, fashion shows, and retail activations to build brand desirability and awareness.RequirementsBachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.Minimum 10 years of marketing experience, preferably within the fashion, luxury, or lifestyle industry.Proven track record in brand building, digital marketing, and integrated campaign management.Strong leadership and team management experience with the ability to drive creativity and performance.Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and project management skills.
