The ideal candidate will combine creative storytelling with data-driven decision-making to scale brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation across channels.This is a leadership role that demands strategic vision, hands-on execution, and the ability to build and lead a high-performing marketing team.Key Roles & ResponsibilitiesBrand & CommunicationDefine and drive the overall brand strategy, positioning, and messaging across all channels.Ensure consistency of brand identity, tone, and voice across all internal and external communications.Develop brand campaigns that enhance visibility, credibility, and emotional connect with target audiences.Manage PR, partnerships, and media relations to strengthen brand presence.Content StrategyLead end-to-end content planning and execution — blogs, website, social media, video, and email.Ensure storytelling aligns with brand values and drives measurable engagement.Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to produce impactful content for diverse platforms.Oversee editorial calendars and maintain high-quality content standards.Performance MarketingOwn all paid digital marketing channels (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.) to drive leads, engagement, and conversions.Plan and manage marketing budgets efficiently to maximize ROI and reduce CAC.Analyze campaign data, A/B test creatives and funnels, and continuously optimize for performance.Develop marketing dashboards to track KPIs and share actionable insights with leadership.Social Media & CommunityOversee the strategy and growth of brand presence across social media platforms.Engage with online communities and audiences to drive loyalty and advocacy.Monitor trends, competitor activity, and sentiment to inform strategy and innovation.Team Leadership & CollaborationBuild and lead a high-performing team across brand, content, and performance marketing functions.Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Admissions/Sales, Design, and Leadership teams.Ensure alignment of marketing goals with business outcomes.Requirements Experience: 8–12 years in marketing with at least 3+ years in a leadership role managing multi-channel marketing.Education: MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred).Proven experience in brand building, performance marketing, and digital growth strategy.Strong understanding of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, CRM, etc.).Exceptional communication, storytelling, and leadership skills.Hands-on experience managing cross-functional teams.Ability to balance creative thinking with analytical rigor.
