Position Overview: The Head of Marketing will lead the agency’s overall marketing strategy, brand positioning, and campaign execution. This role requires a strategic thinker with must-have experience in marketing agencies, capable of driving growth, managing a creative team including designers and videographers, and ensuring high-quality results for clients. Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement the agency’s overall marketing strategy and growth plan.Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team to ensure high performance and collaboration.Oversee brand management, creative direction, and messaging consistency across all client projects.Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.Collaborate with business development to identify new opportunities and support client acquisition.Manage marketing budgets and ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights.Represent the agency at events, industry conferences, and client meetings.Stay up to date with marketing trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).Must have experience working in marketing agencies.Minimum 5–7 years of experience in marketing leadership roles.Strong strategic thinking, creative vision, and analytical skills.Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation abilities.Experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns and teams.Results-oriented with the ability to meet targets and deadlines.Knowledge of digital marketing tools, SEO, SEM, social media, and analytics platforms.Ability to work collaboratively across departments and manage multiple projects.
