Burger King Norway is looking for a dynamic Head of Marketing to lead our local strategy and execution, driving growth and brand performance across the country.In this senior role, you’ll work closely with the Norwegian MD and Scandinavian CMO, translating strategy into impactful campaigns across digital and traditional channels. You’ll manage a small team of 2, oversee agency partnerships, and ensure marketing efforts are data-driven, performance-focused, and aligned with business goals.Key ResponsibilitiesDelivering a cohesive and effective local marketing strategyDriving campaign execution with urgency and precisionManaging local media and agency relationshipsOverseeing the marketing budget with focus on ROIBuilding strong internal and external stakeholder relationshipsLeading and developing a high-performing marketing teamReporting on performance and optimizing based on dataWho are you?Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing management roles, ideally with business ownership or P&L responsibility.Proven track record of leading marketing teams and delivering successful campaigns.Experience in consumer-facing industries such as hospitality, retail, or food & beverage, or agency is preferred.Experience from working in and a deep understanding of the Norwegian market.Strong understanding of digital marketing, brand management, and campaign execution.Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.Fluent in English; Norwegian language skills are a plus.If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love making things happen, and identify with our values—Empowerment, Accountability, Teamwork, Guest is KING! and Celebrate!—we’d love to hear from you.
