We’ve got a sweet office near the Boulevard, andwe’d love to have you in it.About The RoleWe’re looking for a Head of Marketing to own and amplify Noon’s story — one thatstudents love, parents trust, and communities talk about. You’ll be the brain behind howwe grow: not just in enrollments, but in reputation, presence, and reach.This is not a behind-the-desk marketing role. You’ll be out in schools, on the ground withstudents, and constantly shipping bold campaigns that move hearts and metrics.What You Will Do Brand & StorytellingCraft Noon’s narrative — one that reflects student dreams, parent aspirations, andour bold mission.Lead all creative, visual, and messaging work across campaigns, channels, andcities.Own the storytelling machine — from student quotes to billboard headlines.Turn everyday school moments into shareable experiences. Drive Awareness & ReachLead top-of-funnel efforts to grow brand visibility and recognition, and use bothneeded tactics to build trust and hype.Plan and execute high-impact events that bring Noon’s mission to life: schoollaunches, parent open houses, student expos, and brand activations. Strategic Planning & ExecutionOwn the GTM engine & strategy across product lines, defining clear positioning,messaging, and the channel market fit.Build the operating rhythm, set and manage the annual and semesterly marketingcalendar, and sync campaigns with product launches, admissions cycles, andschool milestones.Drive field activations, parent engagement campaigns, and school-based brandexperiences that convert trust into action.Partner closely with Product, Experience, and School teams to plan ahead, unlockgrowth bottlenecks, and move fast when windows open.
