Number 5 in the Sunday Times’s fastest growing companies, we’re backed by impressive growth, an engaged community, and a product that makes healthy eating accessible for everyone, even those with no time.The RoleWe’re looking for a hands on Head of Marketing / Marketing Director to build and lead a world-class marketing team, setting the vision, raising the bar, and ensuring every output ladders up to a clear, distinctive, and consistent brand narrative.You’ll own how Simmer shows up in the world - building a brand that’s creative, culturally relevant, and emotionally resonant. From campaigns and content to partnerships and packaging, you’ll shape every expression of Simmer’s identity.Working closely with our Growth and Product teams, you’ll ensure brand, performance, and product move in sync, creating a seamless, high-impact customer experience from first impression through to retention. Together, you’ll build the creative and strategic foundations that drive both immediate results and long-term brand equity.What You’ll DoBrand Strategy: Define and evolve Simmer’s brand positioning, voice, and creative direction as we scale from challenger to household name.Campaign Leadership: Lead impactful, multi-channel brand campaigns that connect emotionally and drive cultural relevance.Creative Direction: Guide creative output, ensuring assets perform and contribute to building brand excellence as well as moving the needle for sales.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Growth and Product to align brand storytelling with acquisition, retention, and customer experience.Influencer & Partnerships: Drive creator and brand collaborations that extend reach and build credibility.PR & Communications: Build earned media presence and establish Simmer as a leader in food, health, and culture.Team Leadership: Hire, develop, and inspire a high-performing marketing team across brand, creative, content, and communications.Brand Health: Define and track key brand metrics - awareness, sentiment, and preference - tying them to commercial impact.What You’ll Bring7+ years in marketing within high-growth consumer brands (food, DTC, lifestyle, or wellness preferred).Proven experience shaping and scaling a brand through distinctive storytelling and creative direction.A balance of creativity and commercial thinking - able to inspire teams while driving results.Deep understanding of digital culture, content, and creators.Strong collaboration skills - thrives working closely with growth, product, and leadership teams.Track record of building and leading high-performing marketing teams.Passion for food, wellness, and helping people live better without compromise.If this sounds like the Head of Marketing role for you then APPLY NOW !
