Job Description

We are looking for a strategic, data-driven, and creative Head of Marketing to lead our B2B marketing efforts from our headquarters in Eindhoven, Netherlands. This role is ideal for a senior marketing leader who thrives in high-impact environments and wants to shape brand presence, drive growth, and build world-class marketing operations.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Marketing LeadershipDevelop and execute a comprehensive B2B marketing strategy aligned with company growth objectivesCollaborate with business development, product, and sales teams to support go-to-market strategiesMonitor market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to shape positioning and messagingCorporate CommunicationsOversee internal and external communications strategy, including media relations, thought leadership, and stakeholder messagingEnsure consistency and clarity in corporate narrative across all platformsAct as brand guardian for all communications, both local and internationalBrand DevelopmentDefine and evolve the company’s brand identity, ensuring alignment across regions and business unitsLead brand positioning initiatives that support long-term value creation and reputation managementEvent & Field MarketingPlan and oversee participation in industry events, trade shows, conferences, and field marketing campaignsManage event strategy to generate high-quality leads and increase brand visibility in key marketsCollaborate with sales to ensure alignment between event presence and pipeline goalsBusiness Development SupportCreate high-impact campaigns to support business development and customer acquisitionWork closely with commercial teams to generate qualified leads and improve conversion ratesDesign integrated marketing programs that nurture long sales cycles typical of B2B marketsQualifications:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related fieldMinimum 7–10 years of experience in senior marketing roles, preferably in international B2B environmentsProven track record in corporate communications, brand development, and demand generationStrong understanding of field marketing, lead nurturing, and complex customer journeysExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional European languages are a plusExperience with CRM, marketing automation platforms, and analytics toolsLeadership presence, strategic thinking, and ability to influence at all levels of the organization
