Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role located in Yangon for a Head of Marketing. The Head of Marketing will be responsible for leading all marketing efforts for one of our Tobacco and Automobile companies under the Super Seven Stars Group of Companies. Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive, data-driven marketing strategy that aligns with the company's business goals. This includes setting long-term and short-term objectives, identifying target audiences, and defining the overall brand message.Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and accountability. This includes setting individual and team goals, overseeing professional development, and managing hiring and resource allocation.Budget Management: Prepare, manage, and monitor the annual marketing budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to maximize return on investment (ROI).Brand Management: Oversee the development and maintenance of a strong, cohesive brand identity. Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels and marketing materials.Digital Marketing: Lead all digital marketing efforts, including search engine optimization (SEO), paid advertising (PPC), social media, email marketing, and website management.Content & Communications: Develop and execute a content strategy that engages the target audience and positions the company as a thought leader. Oversee public relations, corporate communications, and event marketing.Performance Analysis: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of all marketing campaigns. Use data and analytics to optimize performance, generate actionable insights, and provide regular reports to the executive team.Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure a unified approach and achieve business-wide goals.QualificationsSkills in Market Planning and Marketing ManagementExperience in conducting Market Research and Sales coordinationProficiency in Public Relations managementExcellent leadership and team management skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related fieldProven track record of successful marketing campaigns
