Key Deliverables -Analysis of Market , Existing Portfolio & Competitors to understand Gap, Opportunities -Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies for existing & new product launches - Influence prescription behavior through impactful campaigns and market shaping activities through proper segmentation & targeting - Directly oversee all Brand Managers, ensuring alignment with country goals and market needs. - Manage the SFE Manager, leveraging insights to optimize field force productivity and performance - Work closely with Division Heads to build consensus on planning marketing strategies and monitoring execution to ensure delivery on agreed outcomes - Collaborate with External & Internal Key stake holders (as mentioned above)to ensure holistic brand performance as per set objectives - Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities - Drive innovation in marketing approaches tailored to the Myanmar to achieve agreed outcomes - Set KPIs and performance metrics for marketing initiatives - Regularly review brand performance and field force effectiveness to ensure strategic & business goals are met.Qualification & Skills - Minimum 10+ years of Marketing Experience in the Branded Generics (pharmaceutical industry) - Bachelor’s of Pharmacy / MBBS - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing - Proven track record of successful product launches and market shaping Brand Building Capabilities - Leadership, strategic thinking and analytical skills - Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
