The company is committed to excellence, innovation, and national strategic goals.Job Description:We are seeking a highly experienced Senior MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul) Technical Lead to spearhead maintenance operations for advanced military vehicles and land defense equipment. This role requires a strategic leader with deep technical expertise to oversee maintenance teams, ensure compliance with stringent quality and safety standards, and drive continuous improvement and digital transformation initiatives within the MRO domain.Key Responsibilities:Lead and supervise all MRO activities for military land systems.Manage and optimize maintenance protocols and safety compliance.Provide technical troubleshooting and oversee system upgrades.Drive process improvements and introduce new maintenance technologies.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, logistics, and procurement to enhance equipment reliability and availability.Must-Have Qualifications:Minimum 12 years of hands-on MRO experience in aerospace, defense, or heavy vehicle sectors.Proven expertise in technical maintenance methodologies, diagnostics, and process enhancement.Strong knowledge of military maintenance standards, safety regulations, and compliance requirements.Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities.Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.Experience with digital MRO tools, ERP, or SAP systems is a strong plus.Preferred Attributes:Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders.Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
